Ingredients:
12 large good quality pork or venison sausages
45g/3 tbsp grain mustard
45g/3 tbsp clear honey
zest and juice 1 lemon
2 tsp paprika
Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest.
Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture. Put in a roasting tin
and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn
the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
