Ingredients:
Grease a fondue pan or a fireproof bowl with garlic.
Pour 4 dl of dry white wine into the pan and heat. Meanwhile stir 500 g grateld old Gouda cheese with 2 tablespoons of coarse mustard and add to the pan, stirring continuously until you get a smooth, thick paste.
If necessary, garnish the fondue with some freshley grated nutmeg.
Serve with fresh French bread.
