Fusilli with zucchini


Ingredients:

Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted, boiling water. When ready, drain and allow to cool.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, tomato and zucchini. Add salt and pepper. Sauté all the ingredients well until all the liquid from the vegetables has cooked off. Then, add the ham and stir through.

Put the fusilli in a large bowl and pour in the ingredients of the pan. Mix and then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.

This dish is equally delicious whether served hot or cold.

If you think about it, this isn’t a salad, but more of a delicious pasta recipe.
