Egg Florentine


Ingredients:

Recipe for 1 person.

Preheat the grill. In a medium sauté pan or wok wilt the spinach. Stir through the nutmeg.

Place in a gratin dish and top with cheese.

Crack an egg into a small bowl to check its freshness. Pour on top of the cheese.

Repeat with the remaining eggs.

Grill until the cheese is meltde and the eggs are cooked through.

Season and serve.
