Ingredients:
Preparation time: 48 hours
Clean the sardines, remove the bones and head, wash and dry on kitchen
paper. Salt the fillets and leave to rest for 24 hours. Wash well, dry
well, place in a clay pot and sprinkle with coriander and pepper. Pour the
lemon over the fillets and cover with oil. Leave for a further 48 hours
and serve.
Served with: ouzo, raki, white wine or beer
