Salmon croquettes


Ingredients:

 

Drain de salmon. Cook the potatoes. Mix the salmon with the cooked potatoes and put some salt and pepper for taste. Add the parsley and let it all cool down. 

Make from the mixture croquettes and roll them  in the slightly beaten egg. After this  in the bread crumbs.

Heat some oil in a pan and grill them golden brown.

Serve them with some vegetables and roast potatoes.
