Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1 stemmed whiskey or grog glass
• very hot strong black coffee
• 1 tbsp whipped cream
• 2-3 tsp sugar
• measure of Irish Whiskey
   

Heat glass
Heat whiskey and poor into the glass
Add very hot black coffee in which sugar has been dissolved.
Float the cream on top
Tip! Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold against rim inside the glass. Pour the cream slowly over the spoon.
If you do this, you will have a nicely layered look in the coffee.
