Moist Lemon cake


Ingredients:

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and sifted flour alternately. Turn into an 8x8 or 9x9 square or round pan. Bake at 400°F. for 50 minutes. Boil lemonjuice and sugar. Remove cooked cake from oven and immediately pour boiling lemon mixture over. 

Cool in pan.

 

Note: You can try different juices such as orange, cranberry or pineapple.
