Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 250C/500F/Gas 9.
Preheat a large frying pan. Preheat grill. Bring a small pan of water to
the boil.
Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and drizzle over the olive oil.
Roast tomatoes in oven for five minutes. Roll the black pudding into small
balls.
Split the sausages and take their skins off. Take four sausages and roll
their meat into small balls.
Place the black pudding balls, sausage meat balls and the two sausages in
the frying pan.
Fry for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through.
Place quails eggs into water and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Grill the bacon.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven.
Remove the eggs from the water and peel off their shells.
Remove the frying pan from the heat.
Remove the bacon from the grill.
Divide the tomatoes, fried black pudding and sausages, boiled quails' eggs
and bacon between the toast.
Serve with tomato ketchup or hollandaise sause.
