Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 tomato cup ketchup
1 pound chopped, cooked ham
4 French bread rolls
In a medium skillet over
medium heat with butter; saute chopped onion and chopped green bell
pepper, until tender. Add in prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce,
brown sugar, salt, and ketchup. Reduce to low and simmer about 20
minutes.
Stir in chopped ham, mixing well.
Spoon on french bread rolls to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
