Ingredients:
- 12 Mini pitas
- 2 Roasted sweet red peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) Slivered fresh basil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Balsamic vinegar
Place pitas on baking sheet. Top with red peppers and basil; sprinkle with Gorgonzola. Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with vinegar.
