Ingredients:
- 4 slices of good bread
- 4 slices of 1 kind of mild, nutty cheese
- 4 slices of blue cheese (Danish blue in pre-cut slices)
- 6 sliced artichoke hearts (we use the whole ones in a can, not marinated
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- Olive oil
Saute the artichoke hearts with a minimal amount of olive oil. Meanwhile, you can melt your butter and lay out your bread slices. Don't brown the hearts, just cook them until they're hot, then take them out. On one slice of the bread, place your mild nutty cheese. On the other, the blue cheese. Add the artichoke hearts to one slice of the bread. Place the two together and butter one half of the sandwhich with melted butter. Heat up a pan, place it on the pan when hot, flip twice, smoosh down (however you normally make grilled cheese), then remove. Cut in half for best eating happiness.
