Lemons, juice
Microwave a lemon for 15 seconds and double the juice you get before squeezing.
Lettuce
Store lettuce in a brown paper bag in the refrigerator. If the bag becomes damp,
simply dry it out or replace it. Lettuce will keep much longer!
