Orange-Chicorysalad


Ingredients:

Let the raisins come to the boil. Poor off the water. Cut the chicory into small pieces. Mix the salad-dressing with the "Doesburg"mustard and the tomato puree and add this paste to the chicory.

Add the raisins as well as the orange pieces.

Serve the salad on a dish and garnish with chopped parsley and slices of tomato.
