Pork balls

To make the pork balls, place the garlic, pork, coriander, chilli flakes, egg and salt together in a large bowl. Mix together well until completely combined.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into 8-10 balls.Heat the oil in a non-stick-frying pan and fry the balls for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently or until the pork is cooked through. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, place the sesame oil, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, chilli flakes and coriander into a bowl and whisk together to combine.
Transfer the pork balls to a serving plate and serve the dipping sauce alongside.
