Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
310g/11oz minced pork
handful of fresh coriander, chopped
pinch of chilli flakes
1 egg, beaten
pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
For the dipping sauce:
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp tomato ketchup
splash of Tabasco sauce
splash of soy sauce
few chilli flakes
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
To make the pork balls, place the garlic,
pork, coriander, chilli flakes, egg and salt together in a large bowl.
Mix together well until completely combined.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into 8-10 balls.Heat the oil in a
non-stick-frying pan and fry the balls for 8-10 minutes, turning
frequently or until the pork is cooked through. Meanwhile, to make the
sauce, place the sesame oil, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, chilli
flakes and coriander into a bowl and whisk together to combine.
Transfer the pork balls to a serving plate and serve the dipping sauce
alongside.
