Linguine
Florentine
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 3/4 c. cream or milk
- 3/4 lb. ham, julienne cut
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. linguine, cooked
Saute' in butter and oil. Add
flour and thyme. Add broth and cream all at once. Thicken. Add ham and
cheese. Serve over cooked linguine noodles. Great and very quick.
