Ingredients:
Heat the oil in a
medium size saucepan or frying pan and cook the onion until softened but
not coloured. This will take about 5 minutes.
Add the bacon and cook gently for a further 2 minutes. Stir in the soft
cheese until it melts.
In a medium size saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook the
brocolli until the stalks are soft to the point of a knife. Drain and put
to one side.
In a large saucepan, cook the pasta in boiling water, according to the
pack instructions.
Combine the pasta with the bacon and cheese mixture and stir in the
brocolli.
