Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients:

Pastry
Mix together until it forms a fine grain mixture.
Add enough water so it will stick together and roll away from the side of the bowl.
Roll out one piecrust.
Filling
Peel ½ of medium sized pumpkin and deseed it.
Cube raw pumpkin and boil in ¼ cup of water.
Boil until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Add 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon ground cloves.
Hopefully makes 2 cups of pie filling.
Fill pie shell and bake in oven for 1 hour.
