Ingredients:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 2 pans 13 x 9 1/2 inch. Mix first 5 ingredients together, sift all
dry ingredients and stir into first mixture, mix in hot water. Stir in
nuts, raisins and mincemeat. Spread thin in pans, dough puffs and fills in
holes as bakes. Bake 12-15 minutes. Put frosting topping and cut in
squares.
CHRISTMAS MINCEMEAT BAR TOPPING:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. cream
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Blend all ingredients together and spread on bars.
