Minty BBQ Sauce


Ingredients: 

In a heavy kettle add finely chopped onions, honey, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, chopped green bell pepper, salt, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, white wine, dried mint, vinegar, smoke flavoring, liquid hot pepper sauce, and ketchup. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours.
Makes about 6 cups.
