Beef Kebab


Ingredients:

 

In large pot of boiling water, cook carrots until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In large bowl, stir together plum sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, sugar, allspice, ginger and black pepper. Add beef to sauce and toss to coat. Add onion, bell pepper and plums to bowl, and stir to coat.
Preheat broiler or prepare grill. Alternating ingredients, thread meat, vegetables and plums onto eight 12" skewers. Broil or grill 6" from the heat, turning skewers over midway, for 8 minutes, or until meat is browned and medium-rare.
